Misoshiru is a soup, a mixture of many ingredients, depending on the season and the spirit of the cook.

I am strongly and deeply convinced that, to go on, there has to be a very stable connection with what’s behind.

There are some turning points in Life, moments in which something changes.

Looking behind, I am trying to create my own map.
